Following the motto "Being different without fear," wabe e. V. structures the areas of work, housing, and leisure for those affected and promotes independent living.

The wabe Industrieservice Erlangen is currently seeking employees with mental illnesses for the household and canteen department in Eltersdorf. We offer vocational training, participation in work life, and permanent employment within a recognized workshop for people with mental illnesses.

Requirements:
* Motivation for returning to work and participating in work life
* Limited or permanent disability due to mental illness/disability
* Polite, well-groomed appearance and enthusiasm for teamwork

Your tasks:
* Serving meals
* Preparing breakfast buffet
* Catering for meetings
* Cleaning and sales
* Quality control and inventory management
* Laundry

Working hours: Monday to Friday, at least 30 hours per week under the conditions of a protected job market. Training and familiarization with all areas will be provided, and qualifications and training will also be offered with the goal of entering the general job market. In the workshop area, we offer above-average wages and additional benefits.
