The Neuharlingersiel Tourist Association has been successfully marketing our popular Thalasso-North Sea spa for over 60 years as a private company.

With around 130 dedicated employees, we are there for our guests in various areas.

From the marketing department to the tourist information office, our 5-star Medical Wellness BadeWerk Thalasso Center and the year-round open North Sea campsite, everyone works together to continuously enhance the attractiveness of our small fishing village.

We are currently seeking a Tourism Department Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the marketing, tourist information, and event departments.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the tourism department Quality management, personnel management, budget planning and responsibility Strategic development of sustainable marketing concepts and their practical implementation Conceptualization, planning, and execution of events such as the annual Kutterregatta, Sommernacht im BadeWerk, and our Lichterfeste Collaboration with local service providers Representation in external tourism committees and working groups Development of the "My Home Port Neuharlingersiel" brand Press and public relations These are the requirements for a successful application: In-depth knowledge of tourism and practical sales experience
