JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Project Supervisor (CPS) plays a critical role within The Wound Pros organization and is responsible for overseeing and managing clinical projects within the Clinical Projects department. Reporting directly to the director of clinical projects, the CPS will lead and coordinate clinical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities. Additionally, the CPS will collaborate with Keith Spencer for the representation of clinical interests in enterprise projects and will spearhead an enterprise project for centralized data management across The Wound Pros ecosystem.


WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS

  • Clinical Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical projects related to wound care, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Leverage ASANA as an IT tool for accurate reporting and tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including clinical experts, data analysts, and administrative staff, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Data Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical data collection, analysis, and interpretation, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory, Cyber Security, and IP requirements.
  • Enterprise Project Representation: Serve as a liaison for clinical representation in enterpriselevel projects, providing insights and expertise to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Centralized Data Project Leadership: Lead an enterprise project focused on centralized data management for The Wound Pros ecosystem, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, establish protocols, and implement solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to facilitate transparency and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the clinical project management function.

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • PMP experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with clinical data management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Experience with enterpriselevel projects and crossfunctional collaboration is highly desirable.
