As the Ambulatory Director of Practice Operations, you can use your strong leadership skills to facilitate the development, implementation, and execution of the operating plans, goals and objectives.

Further responsibilities will include:

development and ongoing operations of the Specialty and/or (PCP) Practices as well as to design and implement operational plans that optimize quality, patient safety, patient satisfaction, efficiency and financial performance.

Ambulatory Director of Practice Operations

Shift:

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably ambulatory care required.
A minimum of 5 years of practice management experience required.
Clinical program development and new business and marketing experience required.
Practice Management experience within the Woman's Service/ OBGYN department strongly preferred.

Education:

BA/BS Degree in healthcare, business or related field required.
MBA/MHA strongly preferred.

None
