What You'll Do: * Provide professional leadership to a team of 15-20 employees during a shift * Organize and execute daily operations * Monitor timely completion of batches and organize last-minute and special meals, as well as assist with ordering * Ensure quality and quantity according to guidelines * Monitor food safety and enforce proper hygiene practices * Support department manager in achieving set goals How You'll Succeed: * Culinary training with additional professional development * Relevant work experience and extensive knowledge of ingredients * Enjoyment and interest in leadership tasks (leadership experience required) * Solid computer skills, knowledge of SACS software is a plus * Team-oriented and strong communication skills, able to handle pressure.
