With five production sites in Germany and our campus in Cologne, we distribute well-known brands such as funny-frisch, Chio, POM-BÄR, ültje, and Tyrrells.

We employ approximately 1,700 employees and are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Development Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in Cologne.

Your responsibilities:

Organizing trainings and seminars, including communication with trainers and participants, coordinating and booking dates and locations, seminar evaluation, and creating reports and evaluations
Administration of the

Learning Management System:
creating trainings and seminars, assigning trainings, and generating reports and evaluations

Acting as a contact person for managers and employees regarding the seminar offerings and the Learning Management System
Assisting with the organization of events and activities
Organizing companywide and local activities related to sports and health
Assisting with human resources development and organizational development projects, such as creating training materials, elearnings, and presentations
General administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling, creating overviews and presentations, invoice verification)

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally some experience in the field of human resources development
Strong organizational skills and ability to work carefully, structured, and solutionoriented
High quality
