Due to our sustainable growth, we are currently seeking a communicative, assertive Product Manager (m/f) for interior concepts and components to join our team in the Munich area.

Your responsibilities:

Leading the associated CAD team
Responsible for maintaining collaboration between customers, suppliers, and manufacturers
Monitoring product designs and the product development process, including ensuring technical requirements and specifications
Responsible for controlling and reviewing the entire development process with the development team, as well as ensuring a flawless product launch
Monitoring project expenses and costs to successfully implement an appropriate and costeffective solution in the production process
Supporting the project manager in planning and monitoring technical changes and estimating costs for product and process changes
Optimizing product development and planning through VAVE activities (value analysis for cost/benefit ratio)

Your profile:

Bachelor's and/or diploma degree in automotive, plastic manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience in these areas
Preferably three years of professional experience in automotive interior design
Experienced in the main CAD systems used in automotive interior design
Proficient in CAD, CAE, FMEA, and DVP&R preferred
Fluent in German and English
