DJE stocks an inventory that varies from audio, lighting, and video equipment to staging, truss, and rigging. DJE is constantly moving and putting on events. The ability to stay focused and get the job done is a must.

Experience

  • 4years experience in Sales for Event Production.
  • 5years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully executing a variety of events.
  • Proficiency in Flex Rental Solutions or a similar rental software.
  • Experience as a clientfacing company representative.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Sales:

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Develop creative and innovative event concepts that align with client expectations and brand standards.
  • Create Quotes based on client needs to successfully produce the event.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead teams inoffice and onsite to perform at the company's standards.
  • Provide guidance on event planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Oversee the endtoend logistics of events, including staff selection, vehicle management, and timeline adherence.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for efficient event execution.
  • Oversee Production Managers as show leads.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the highest standard of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of event delivery.
  • Conduct postevent evaluations and analysis to continually improve future events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Work Schedule

This job has a base of a 9 AM - 5 PM schedule.

However, due to the nature of the event production industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the company and client.

This will include various weekends, holidays. A flexible work schedule is required based on demands of the seasonality.

The annual salary is commensurate with industry and event management experience.

Pay Range -
$60,000-$80,000/year - Depending on experience

Job Type - Full Time / Exempt
