Join our team in Santa Monica and make it happen

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Create a Cutover Plan, manage YPA and coordinate Product Depot
  • Act as the interface to the Operations Management Team
  • Take charge of the operational handover and support during the Hyper Care phase
  • Optimize documentation processes
  • Handle test reporting and coordinate with other initiatives
  • Be responsible for managing the provider's performance based on key metrics

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • A degree in Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in operations and startup management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of IT system interfaces and experience in test management
  • Extensive professional experience in the IT industry or in agile IT projects
  • Experience with DevOps for applications and proficiency in Jira and Confluence
