- Creating & Implementing BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans):
- Develop prehensive Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Implement BIPs effectively and ensure consistent application across all settings.
- Conducting FBAs & Assessments:
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Conduct various assessments to evaluate clients' needs and progress.
- Attending CST Meetings:
- Participate in Child Study Team (CST) meetings to collaborate with other professionals and provide insights into clients' behavioral needs.
- municate findings and remendations clearly to team members and caregivers.
- ABC Data Collection:
- Collect Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (ABC) data systematically to monitor behavior patterns.
- Analyze data to inform and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and other relevant assessments.
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze ABC data accurately.
