We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant to join our team at Foster Artists.

As a Remote Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members and ensure the smooth operation of our virtual office.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and organize digital files and documents
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
