ROLE OUTLINE

The NBOME is seeking an experienced Program Management Assistant to support the interactions between members of NBOME's strategic partner relationship team with an objective of improving test-taker satisfaction with the delivery of the COMLEX-USA examinations.

This role supports the identification and review of special circumstance and adverse testing condition (SCATC) cases under the direction of the management team and ensures the smooth functioning and continual quality improvement of the SCATCs process supporting the activities of the SCATCs workgroup and review teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to SCATCs process as required

  • Initiate SCATCs cases under the direction of the manager or senior management team. Collect and review materials related to the cases, and complete the reports. Work closely with the strategic suppliers and NBOME internal teams in obtaining materials. Ensure the smooth functioning and continual quality improvement of the SCATCs process.
  • Support the weekly SCATCs workgroup and review teams by creating meeting agendas and gathering/preparing documents.
  • Retain records of customer interactions and transactions; document details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action taken daily; provide weekly reports.
  • Prepare and report to SCATCs activities.


Support the interactions between members of NBOMEs strategic partner relationship team with an objective of improving test-taker satisfaction with the delivery of the COMLEX-USA.


  • Attend and collect notes for the biweekly or monthly inter/intraorganizational meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each strategic supplier.
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases and support the needs of the Program Manager.
  • Assist in the creation of agendas and presentations.
  • Provide support to administrative team for onsite meetings and other departmental activities.

Qualifications:


  • College preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with database management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Service orientation and positive attitude
  • Problemsolving and analytical skills. Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and work well under pressure.




POSITION STATUS:
FULL-TIME REGULAR NON-EXEMPT
