Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more effective communications and brand awareness
Support trade show planning and execution.
Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs. This includes and is not limited to creating and distributing UTMs to track digital marketing efforts, pulling individual campaign tracking, collecting screenshots, and reporting on metrics for each campaign to enable the marketing team to make strategic decisions on audience acquisition planning.
Document procedures, processes, and workflows and recommend changes for greater efficiencies.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
13 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or campaign management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of market research and data analytics.
Experience in planning campaigns and program initiatives.
Must be detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of Marketo, Google Analytics, SFDC, and Google Suite.
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Hybrid work schedule 3 days in Boston Seaport Office
