- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to improve and increase customer lead volume and quality, lead conversion (through the sales process), and, ultimately, improve customer LTV across defined customer segments.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the Hubspot platform; Implement and continually refine a customer scoring model to optimize sales resources and time management.
- Work with other marketing team members to ensure digital content follows all brand guidelines and drives a strong luxury brand experience.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and sales team members to execute high-impact demand-generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Report out on metrics and results on a regular basis.
