    **Boise Delivery Driver - Class A**

    **Department** Transportation **Location** Boise, ID

    **DELIVERY DRIVER**

    **Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekends off. Routes start early in the morning and you are home every night**

    *$53, $70,000.00 per year*

    *DAY 1 BENEFITS such as medical, dental, and vision insurance and company-paid life insurance.*

    ***Job Description:***

    Safely operate a tractor trailer to convey products to customer sites. Obey all traffic rules and immediately report accidents, damage and/or repair issues.

    Perform pre-trip and post-trip in accordance with DOT regulations and company procedures

    Operate fleet management system to track stops and location

    Safely operate and deliver product within assigned route schedule by transporting product on ramps, stairs and/or docks, using a hand cart and placing product in designated customer delivery area

    Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills; immediately report customer issues including delivery variances to supervisor/sales etc.

    Maintain sanitary conditions and meet standard hygiene requirements

    Check invoices for credit terms, sign and code at each stop. Collect funds when needed.

    Turn in reconciliation sheet along with collected funds and invoices to Driver Check-In daily

    ***Qualifications:***

    At least 21 years of age.

    High school diploma or GED.

    Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).

    Meet Nicholas and Company MVR and risk rating qualifications.

    Lift and move product and pallets which may weigh up to 75 pounds.

    Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen and other job requirements.
