    About the Job:

    • Build and nurture relationships that boost revenue growth among local, regional, and national account customers.
    • Ensure retail sales associates possess the essential tools and product knowledge to effectively showcase and sell products to consumers.
    • Take charge of expanding account revenue for designated accounts.
    • Formulate, execute, and oversee account strategies pertaining to sales, merchandising, product positioning, etc.
    • Conduct product training sessions and presentations for sales staff.
    • Monitor the efficacy of training programs and offer suggestions for enhancements.
    • Spot opportunities for territorial expansion through new prospective accounts.
    • Carry out other duties as delegated.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Prior experience in sales or training, while not mandatory, is advantageous.
