Responsibilities:

  • Administering and optimizing the IT infrastructure for the new inventory and performance system of Debeka General Insurance (AV) and other smaller systems within the context of Debeka AV
  • Interface tasks, coordination, and close collaboration with the respective specialist IT, system operation, and potentially external service providers
  • Managing and commissioning further developments of internationally used standard software
  • Ensuring and monitoring application operations, providing secondlevel support for the supported applications
  • Developing innovative technical and procedural improvements
  • Coordinating and implementing rollout activities in line with department and release tests
  • Participating in workshops and meetings as part of the project to introduce the new inventory and performance system of Debeka AV
  • Communicating within the project team, regularly aligning and optimizing work results

Profile:

  • Successfully completed computer science studies, IT training, or equivalent qualifications
