Salary:
$75,000 - $105,000 (with upside potential)

Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership:


  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of dedicated BCBA's and behavior technicians, ensuring the delivery of highquality ABA therapy services.

Assessment and Treatment Planning
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's behavior, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation to achieve measurable goals.

Supervision and Training:


  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing ongoing training and support to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence.

Client Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with families to understand their concerns and goals, ensuring a clientcentered approach to therapy.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze data regularly to track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide detailed reports to families and stakeholders.

Professional Development:


  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services.

Qualifications:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a proven track record of clinical leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
