Qualifications:
Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology and 3 years of industrial engineering experience or 7 years industrial engineering experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others Strong knowledge in routing design and related transaction codes within SAPStrong problem-solving skills and analytical ability where problems are very complexStrong knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goodsStrong knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Toyota Production System (or equivalent) conceptsSAP ExperienceStrong Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite.Preferred:
Practical experience using manufacturing simulation and CAD softwareExperience with SAP
