Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for work preparation and monitoring progress throughout the entire project duration
  • As a construction manager (m/f/d), you will lead your competent and humorous team and regularly consult with responsible employees
  • You support the efficient coordination of trades on site
  • After successful completion, you will also be responsible for the billing of construction progress
  • Upon request, you will support internal projects as part of digitization

Profile:


  • Ideally, you are a statecertified technician, master craftsman, or have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, you have completed a vocational training in the construction field and have an interest in further developing your professional and personal skills
  • You are a team player (m/f/d) with heart and mind
  • You are characterized by a careful and conscientious way of working
  • You feel confident in working with common IT tools
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
