Young family in Los Angeles (Nichols Canyon area) is looking for a right-hand partner to help manage the household and care for their joyful, 4-year-old son ( in school until 2/3 pm) and 2-year-old son (starting school June The family is seeking someone who walks into the house every day with a great attitude and a loving, happy disposition.

One where the kids are ecstatic to see because of her positive energy. A two-year commitment is required.

MUST BE PRESENT - We are not looking for someone who will be on their cell phone, laptop, or watching tv.

If you cannot step away from your technology, this is NOT the role for you.

Pay:
$35 per hour + additional benefits such as PTO and paid holidays

Great and direct communicator maintains daily log on how the day went and pertinent details of a child's development

Flexible must be somewhat flexible with hours and Schedule
Proactive anticipate the needs of the family before being asked
Primary responsibilities first and foremost, creating an attentive and loving environment for the child
Create a stimulating environment filled with play that is both educational and fun

Secondary responsibilities - household management

Tidying and Organizing while the kids are at school (9am to 2:30pm)
Family laundry for family and kids
Meal preparation/Grocery Shopping for the kids/household
Dishes as needed
Light Errands such as grocery shopping, post office/UPS, etc
Clothes and Toy organization/purging

Must Haves:

Must be Flexible Current toddler/schoolage CPR & First Aid
Clean driving record, no DUI or DWI
Non-Smoker
3+ years of nanny experience
3+ years of experience working with toddlers
3+ years working with Multiples
Safe car for running errands and driving children
Be able to provide 5 supervisory references
Healthy and active able to take multiple walks per day and hold and carry the baby
Child development background ages and stages a plus
Must be willing to sign NDA
Must be willing to travel with family as needed
