In this role, you will provide support to our drivers and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operation in a very fast-paced work environment.

• Delegating truck schedules and routes for onsite aggregate hauling
• Make sure that all safety requirements are met and followed
• Filling out tickets and other necessary paperwork needed for daily assignments
• Coordinate loading/dumping points between equipment operators and truck drivers
• Continuously patrol jobsite to ensure that aggregate is being loaded/unloaded at correct locations, in a safe manner.
• Addressing customer concerns and making sure that corrective action is taken immediately

• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
