• Prepare and cook smash burgers and fries according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area.
• Manage food inventory and stock levels, ensuring ingredients are always available.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and serving food promptly and courteously.
• Assist with food truck setup and cleanup duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
• Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and preparation.

• Follow standardized recipes and cooking techniques for consistent quality.
• Adhere to portion control and presentation guidelines.
• Keep cooking equipment and utensils clean and in good condition.
• Monitor and adjust cooking times to meet customer demand.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

• Proven experience as a cook or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with smash burger cooking techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver highquality results.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food handling and safety certification may be required.
