We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Murnau, Crystal Lake


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CM in analyzing the designated sales market and preparing data for acquisition planning
  • Acquiring new projects, products, and customers with inquiry character
  • Assisting the CM in creating customer concepts (SWOT analysis, revenue planning, customer development)
  • Gathering market and competition data
  • Providing quotes, conducting price negotiations, reviewing contracts, and preparing them for signature
  • Managing orders from receipt to series production with commercial support in the series and spare parts phase; responsible for part prices
  • Assisting with complaint processing while considering customer needs and demands
  • Determining customer satisfaction and coordinating necessary internal measures
  • Analyzing weaknesses in lost orders and continuously improving GA processes and procedures within the organization
  • Regularly reporting on goal achievement and customer development to the CM
  • Following the customer strategy defined by the CM
  • Participating in various projects

Requirements:

Education:

  • Completed technical or business studies, training as a technician / technical specialist with a technical background preferred

Knowledge and skills:

  • Sales experience in the automotive or supplier industry
  • Good market knowledge in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of plastic products and their specificities for inquiry localization
  • Business knowledge for creating offers and determining/planning key figures
  • Fluent in English for negotiations
  • Strong negotiation skills,
