We are looking for a painter in Marrowbone, KY to work on a building located in Cañada Real. The job includes painting fences and the facade of the building. There are 2 rooms to be painted, with a total surface area of approximately 15-50 m2. The desired finish is a repaint with the same color. The surface may require minor repairs such as filling cracks or holes. The property is owned and the painter will provide the necessary materials. The building is currently empty, so there is no need to move furniture or objects. The job needs to be completed within the next month or later. Our main preference for this service is a good quality-price ratio.
