Your responsibilities:

Support and development of a defined national customer base in the industrial sector and trade
Management of the entire order process, from inquiry and quotation creation to scheduling and invoicing
Handling of complaint processes and credit bookings
Maintenance of master data in the ERP system and management of customer portals
Active collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments
Support in various projects and process optimization Your qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, or comparable degree
Experience in B2B business, preferably in the medium-sized industrial sector
Customer orientation and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Structured work approach and self-initiative
Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally proALPHA) and proficiency in MS Office
