Your responsibilities:

  • Support and development of a defined national customer base in the industrial sector and trade
  • Management of the entire order process, from inquiry and quotation creation to scheduling and invoicing
  • Handling of complaint processes and credit bookings
  • Maintenance of master data in the ERP system and management of customer portals
  • Active collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments
  • Support in various projects and process optimization Your qualifications:
  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, or comparable degree
  • Experience in B2B business, preferably in the medium-sized industrial sector
  • Customer orientation and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Structured work approach and self-initiative
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally proALPHA) and proficiency in MS Office
