Description

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning the common areas, removing waste and trash, as well as assisting with the movement of furniture, plants, and patio items to and from apartments and storage.

• Clean and maintain the common areas to ensure a neat and tidy environment
• Remove waste and trash from designated areas
• Assist with moving furniture, plants, and patio items as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is preferred, but not required

• Must be able to work in a neat and organized manner
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
