**Building & Grounds Supervisor - Breakers Row II**

Looking for a Facilities/Landscaper Supervisor to manage a prestigious condominium in Palm Beach. The Building & Grounds Supervisor will oversee property maintenance for smooth operation.

This role involves expertise in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and various pumps, motors, and equipment including swimming pool and spa equipment.

Knowledge of Florida plants and horticulture is a bonus. The ideal candidate will be a team player, good at problem-solving, and motivating their team.


Requirements:

• Extensive experience in facility management, focusing on building maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, pumps, motors, and equipment.
• Knowledge of Florida plants and horticulture is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and quick thinking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
• Organized with great attention to detail.

Duties:

• Supervise maintenance and repair of building systems to meet safety and quality standards.
