    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Talent Acquisition (70%)

    Assist with creating and executing on a recruitment strategy

    Screen applicants that match positions requirements and set up interviews

    Draft and sending offer letters to approved job candidates

    Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires

    Onboarding (20%)

    Coordinates day-to-day tasks associated with the new employee onboarding process to ensure employees start on time and have a smooth transition starting their new roles

    Submit IT tickets for new hires

    Responsible for accurate input new hire information into HR system

    Files employee data/information in a timely manner, making sure all files ae complete and accurate

    Completes new hire I9 documents and validate work authorization

    Prepares material for new employee orientation

    HR (10%)

    Serve as backup and execute full life-cycle payroll and successfully complete entire payroll process

    Serves as primary contact for all employee payroll questions

    Understand benefit plans to support employee questions

    Support through the open enrollment cycle

    Maintain org charts

    Employment verifications

    Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned


    Education and Experience:
    Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field or

    3+ years of Human

    Resources/Recruitment

    experience

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

    Proficient with Microsoft Office, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
