Job Summary:
United Bowl Nation is seeking passionate, driven and hard working kitchen staff to join our dynamic team.


About Us:


United Bowl Nation is a hybrid cafe offering a unique dining experience, including our renowned Aperitivo night, happening every Thursday to Sunday from 5 PM to 8 PM.

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our food, as we strive to create memorable moments for all who walk through our doors.

Additionally, we're gearing up to host a variety of events and catering both on our premises and off-site, throughout Los Angeles.


Responsibilities:

Organize and clean the kitchen opening and closing the cafe.

Collect all dishes, cutlery and glasses immediately as the guests complete dining.

Ensure all dishes cutlery and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.

Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Clear tables and maintain the dining areas fresh at all times.

Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash.

Adapt to various event settings, including boat events and ground events.

Provide flavors and smiles to our valued guests and clients.

Make sure all bathrooms, storage areas and laundry area is clean and organized.


Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a passion for food and hospitality.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional off-site events.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From $17.29 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 15 per week
