Compensation:

$38,000 - $50,000 yearly


Responsibilities:


  • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
  • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
  • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
  • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
  • Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
  • Utilize the customer relationship management system/property management system (AppFolio Property Manager) to track and document all activities leasing, resident relations, maintenance, etc.
  • Utilize the lead/prospect management system (Tenant Turner) to track and document all activities inquiries, viewings/tours requests, status updates

Qualifications:


  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
  • Bilingual speaking or writing in both English and Spanish is preferred
