Overview:

The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guestrooms are impeccably clean and inviting, delivering exceptional service with courtesy and efficiency to all guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms following established standards.
Prepare housekeeping carts with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for the day.
Remove trash and used linens from rooms and corridors.
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public areas, and storage spaces, including vacuuming.
Restock housekeeping carts for the next day's use and refill cleaning supplies.
Report any missing items in rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Promptly report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Adhere to 'Lost and Found' procedures.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Hourly wage: $28.40

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent; experience in the hotel industry or related field is advantageous.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently or continuously.
Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and guests in a friendly, attentive, and courteous manner.

Hourly wage: $28.40
