Your Perspective

From the start of your apprenticeship, you will be fully involved in our daily business. And if things go as well for you as they do for most of our apprentices, you will continue after your apprenticeship: for example, advising customers on loans or financial planning and developing solutions with them that meet their needs. And in the long term, you can pursue your career with us - for example, as a branch manager.

Your Apprenticeship

After completing your secondary school education or high school diploma, we will prepare you for your professional career. We will teach you everything you need to know about customer orientation, account management, securities, and loans. And because you learn the most in practice, you will be part of the team from day one and can immediately put what you have learned into practice - for example, in customer conversations in the branch or on the phone. Regular feedback discussions and the support of our trainers will help you to continuously improve. To deepen your practical knowledge, you will participate in digital training and exciting seminars at our in-house training academy.

Our Offer

If you are interested in a full-time apprenticeship (39 hours/week), it will last two and a half years. If you would like to complete your apprenticeship part-time, we will discuss with you individually how many hours are suitable for you (at least
