    Description

    We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist for a ery important client.

    The Client's CRDN (coronary and renal denervation) Operating Unit provides the unique opportunity to work in both a growth sector and an established market.

    Use your channel knowledge, and project management skills to develop strategic marketing communications plans, increase adoption globally, and construct and execute key initiatives in support of business goals.

    Specifically, this role will create and implement strategic promotional plans for product launches, product partnerships, and relaunches. For these downstream product lines, this role will work on message development; partner with creatives to develop supporting look and feel; develop comprehensive, strategic plans; and implement the plans across channels. Additionally, this role may touch market development, consumer marketing, and congress promotions as the team works toward stretch objectives.

    A day in the life:

    Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans designed to improve and engagement and conversion in our downstream portfolio.

    Partner across functions and roles to create alignment in the organization and on plan execution.

    Partner daily with a strong and enthusiastic marketing team to advance business objectives and ensure our promotions are aligned and harmonious with marketing initiatives.

    Use your channel knowledge and experience to evolve and expand our paid media strategy; using the platforms to advance our business goals while accelerating the adoption journey intelligently and strategically.

    Leverage your analytic skills to measure and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts; and use those insights to optimize campaigns by adjusting the marketing mix, the message, and the channel approach.

    Exercise your interpersonal skills to build business relationships with a distributed workforce, engaging and working with team members across the globe.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    Must Have

    Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or Business Communications

    Copywriting and content development skills and experience

    Deep experience in downstream marketing/marketing communications

    Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships and work collaboratively across all functional and geographic areas

    Demonstrated strengths in message development and creative execution

    Demonstrated success in building and managing digital ecosystems, including engagement with paid, owned, and earned digital channels

    Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills

    Experience developing and implementing thoughtful, integrated communications plans

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications (5 years of experience with a masters degree)

    Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing plans and a passion for tracking relevant metrics to gauge progress toward objectives.

    Nice To Have

    3+ years within an agency marketing communications setting

    Experience in the medical device industry

    Knowledge of the coronary market and key audiences: interventional cardiologists

    Knowledge of the hypertension market and key audiences: interventional cardiologists and general cardiologists

    Negotiation, influence and change management experience

Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan when employment requirements are met. Employees will also receive one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked per state guidelines and requirements.

    Pay Range: $40-65 per hour
