KRONES AG is a globally successful manufacturer of machinery and equipment for process, filling, and packaging technology for the beverage and food industry.

For our location in Neutraubling, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible in temporary employment.

Your tasks:

Processing of complaints
Technical processing of complaints (across different locations)
Obtaining incurred costs (with receipts)
Creation and processing of defect reports (external)
Creation of SAP error messages
Interface between departments, strategic purchasing, product line, CFS, and logistics service providers
Independent clarification of all related topics and interface areas
Initiating purchase requisitions for further orders in the logistics field
General office tasks in the organization of CPL EL Operation / Customs

Your qualifications:

Relevant completed vocational training of at least 3 years; + additional specialized qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience
SAP knowledge
Structured and sustainable work approach
Assertiveness
Communication skills
