Roofing Helper


SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD.

We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team.


Responsibilities:

The Roofing Helper will be responsible for assisting our Roofing Technician on the completion of residential roofing projects


Daily responsibilities include:

  • Assist in gathering the necessary materials for each job
  • Help load/unload materials and tools for each job
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Roofing Technician
  • Help clean up each job site after work is complete
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of roofing preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
