Description

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for PACE organizations on the effective use of PACE Care Online software.
• Have an indepth understanding of PACE regulations and work with development team to make system enhancements to achieve ongoing regulatory compliance for PACE programs
• Educate PACE professionals on the various features, functionalities, and modules available within the software.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and workflow documentation to facilitate the learning process.
• Provide guidance on best practices for optimizing the software's configuration to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Provide timely and effective user support, troubleshooting software functionality, and resolving any operational challenges.
• Collaborate with the RTZ technical team to enhance system to solve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Registered Nurse certification
• Strong experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems in the PACE environment.
• Indepth knowledge of PACE Care Online software or similar healthcare software platforms.
• Excellent training and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to configure and customize software to meet diverse organizational needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of transition processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with PACE teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
