- Current RN and NP licensure with prescription authority
- Board certified in a Matrix approved specialty
- Minimum 1 year NP experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Comfortable with change and flexibility
- Valid driver license, car, and adequate insurance coverage

Our national team of clinicians focuses on reaching individuals at their convenience to improve their health outcomes and detect undiagnosed conditions.

About the Position:
Matrix providers conduct comprehensive health assessments during visits to evaluate members' health, medical history, and other factors. This approach enhances the quality of care and helps address multiple health gaps efficiently.

Nurse Practitioner - PRN/Part Time - Home Risk Assessments
Type: PRN/Part Time - Flexible-Nurse Practitioner
PAY: $90.00 or $95.00 per completed Assessment
Location: Home, SNF, Telehealth, and community environments in Lorain, Ohio
Hours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible Scheduling
Benefits: PRN/Part Time providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary Benefits
Mileage Reimbursement plan
