- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand market dynamics, promotional activities, and new product launches.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify demand drivers, assess forecast accuracy, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability, optimizing inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align demand planning with sales objectives, production capabilities, and financial goals.
- Regularly present insights and forecast updates to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities within the market.
- Participate in the development of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes and adjust demand planning strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a similar role in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems is preferred.
