How do we achieve it? We combine the functionality of outdoor products with innovative design and a lifestyle aesthetic, and want to establish a concept that we call "Modern Outdoor".


What we need:

We are currently looking for a student assistant (as a working student or on a 450€ basis, approximately 10-12 hours per week) for our customer service and back office.

In this role, you will work closely with our products and be in constant communication with the team, our brand ambassadors, and our logistics partners.

Responsibilities


The adventure includes the following tasks:

  • Exchange of product components (small/simple repair service)
  • don't worry, you don't have to be MacGyver to handle this.
  • Coordination with external repair services for larger damages.
  • Influencer communication you will ensure that our brand ambassadors are following the guidelines for using our tents.
  • Helping out wherever needed, using your knowledge and skills because we are and will always be people with a startup heart
  • You will coordinate your working hours with the team (23 people) mainly during the week. On weekends, it is enough for one team member to
