- Must be professional caregiver with excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable
- Have at least 5 years of paid caregiving experience and/or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN with professional references
- Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus
- Be age 18 or older
- Pass PHC's skills & knowledge assessment through completion of training
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
