Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Your energy is needed here:

You independently coordinate with our customers, clients and builders to determine and develop the spatial program and take on the clarification of the planning and construction task to define the possible cost and schedule framework

You are responsible for obtaining comparative offers and selecting suitable external companies, as well as coordinating them in collaboration

You also accompany the building permit process and are in contact with the authorities involved

You support in determining the project budget and cost tracking

You create tender documents, performance specifications and quantity surveys

You handle the awarding and procurement process together with our purchasing department and work
