Description

• Perform various maintenance person tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
• Conduct frame carpentry work for construction projects
• Use basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Perform airless paint spraying for painting projects
• Build and assemble structures according to specifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance person or construction role is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficient in frame carpentry techniques
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
