    Description

    We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Support in the Construction industry. As a Product Support, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and guidance to our customers. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

    In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our construction products. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns or complaints. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure effective communication and a seamless customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist customers in understanding product features, functionalities, and usage.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues related to construction products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems.
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Document and escalate customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
    • Mechanic skills and experience preferred.
    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
    • Preferred proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and tools.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Occasional travel to project sites will be required.
