As the Service Process Integrator, you will be a key contributor in executing the strategic approach and operational management for the integration of new software/hardware solutions within our Integrated Operations team, and providing support in the creation of any requisite processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Represent IO throughout the Readiness process, attending all required development forums and exchange meetings, crafting responses in cooperation with the IO teams as needed
- Review new process delivery and notify IO management of upcoming software updates
- Act as a liaison between IO and multiple All Spark entities (SAaaS, MSI, SSI)
- Must be able foster a culture of service with the staff to help deliver a positive customer experience for users with diverse business needs.
- This individual must leverage coaching, feedback, collaboration, and performance measures to influence the team in delivering a common positive experience.
- Success requires building a culture of service and leveraging tools and skills to move the team forward. This role requires creative problemsolving skills in dealing with complex business and IT challenges across multiple domains.
- Develop policies and procedures to support a repeatable and customeroriented service
- Support the Process Lead in the review and development of processes and procedures across all IO teams, identifying areas of improvement throughout
- Responsible for support of program business and functional operations
- Duties may include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service or IT Service Management Experience
- TS/SCI w/ poly is required,
- Experience working in a fact paced, high pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve services and procedures
