Description
  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of rollout projects, also on-site
  • Training and instruction of personnel in service centers
  • Support of service centers in complex incidents and IMACs
  • Development and implementation of optimization measures for operational matters (technology, tools, procedures, and processes)
  • Management and coordination of individual or multiple cross-functional topics within the department
  • Completed relevant university degree with at least two years of professional experience or comparable education with at least five years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in managing complex (partial) projects
  • Project management expertise, particularly in IT operations and procurement
  • Experience in working with public clients and/or the military is advantageous
  • IPMA certification or equivalent and good knowledge of agile project management (e.g. Scrum Master) is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and a valid driver's license
