As a Program Analyst you'll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic and te chn ical background to work on projects for the US Government.

You Have:
4+ years of experience in program analyst role
Experience drafting US government reports and documents, such as the INCSR, and embassy cables
Knowledge of international narcotics and law enforcement to ensure project work is in compliance with management
policies
and the Foreign Assistance Act
Knowledge of Federal
policies
and procedures including the Federal
budget
process
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide range of players
Ability to provide advice, guidance, and consultation on the interpretation and application of analysis

Experience in liaising with oversight agencies and drafting compliance responses to audit and inspection report recommendations
Knowledge of the US Government agencies' structure, missions, functions, and operations
Knowledge of project management and case management processes and best practices
Ability to communicate orally to c ond uct fact finding interviews, meet and deal with management offi cia ls
Ability to communicate in writing to support development of
policy , guidance, instructions, and preparation of reports of findings and recommendations
Ability to use Micro sof t Office Suite
