    Description


    SummaryThis position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.

    Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnticipates problems and works to proactively mitigate them.

    Reports to Site Lead (Quality Manager for advisement)Ensures product shipped to/from the site meet all applicable 14 CFR Part 121/145 requirementsInspects the in-bound/out-bound material for damage and proper documentationPackages out-bound shipments by using best commercial practicesInspects OEM or FAA Form / certificate of conformance documentation for originality and serial numberManage and control Government property and materials in IMOPS.Package materials for transportation, including HAZMAT materials IAW PWS requirements.

    Inspects the in-bound/out-bound material for damage and proper documentationPackages out-bound shipments by using best commercial practicesEstablish initial material control records in IMOPS.Requisition new or refurbished/repair assets through IMOPS.All other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION And Or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent required.

    Minimum of three (3) years experience in a warehouse environment, supporting aircraft maintenanceMust possess a Common Access Card (CAC) or be eligible to receive oneCurrent FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is desired, but not required.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.

    The environmental characteristic for this position is an aircraft repair station. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional flight line/warehouse environment.
