    CNC Supervisor - 2nd Shift
    $28 to $36 per hour

    Ask us about our Sign on Bonus of $5000 Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Supervisors to join our team.

    As a CNC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and managing a team of CNC operators.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met
    • Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
    • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met
    • Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures
    • Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance Requirements
    :


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
    • Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
