About the role

Join our growing global service delivery team and support the implementation of HRS's product portfolio for hospitality companies in Germany. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented and passionate about digital transformation in the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting or installing and configuring Hospitality POS products, including customer training.
Experience with competitive hospitality products such as PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers and cross-functional teams.
Must have a valid passport and be available for occasional travel.

What you will be doing

Provide telephonic, remote, and onsite support for all POS products; QA skills are advantageous.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of support issues on the in-house call logging system.
